About Us
Advantage Logistics, Inc. is a family owned business that was formed in September 2005 by Jim Brittner Sr. He had been working in the freight transportation industry for 16 years when he branched out on his own, with the goal of providing quality service through planning, communication and teamwork. He was joined in this endeavor by his daughter Nicole Hoover, who took over the company when Jim retired in 2016. Most of the customers they brought into Advantage Logistics, Inc. in 2005 are still with them today!

We define exceptional customer service as...
- Being dependable - Cover the freight we are entrusted with, at the rate quoted and provide capacity in such a way that it makes a positive difference in our customers supply chain. This includes showing up with the correct equipment at the scheduled pick up and delivery times.
- Provide a high degree of accuracy in the service - This means knowing where our customers shipments are in the process of being picked up/delivered and anticipating exceptions. We always verify all pick up & delivery information to ensure information is accurate, before it is passed on to the driver.
- Act with a sense of urgency when handling our customers business - This means picking up the phone and having a conversation, return phone calls promptly, quote on business offered and respond quickly to e-mails.
- Provide a high level of customer service - Focuses on excellent communication. It no just what the issue is, but how we handle the issue. We will always communicate possible solutions and act with a sense of urgency, even if our customer does not. Our goal is to always make our customer look good to their customer.
- Knowledgeable staff - With 20 years of experience in the transportation industry, our staff is able to have coherent transportation conversations with our customers.
